Yesterday I had an egg for breakfast and that was the first day in weeks that I have been able to eat in the morning.
I actually got hungry around 10.30 so had some yoghurt.
Around 2.30 I had a piece of oven fish. I was a bit worried about the crumbing getting stuck, but it was all good.
For dinner around 7.30 I had a Leonard's Chicken Sausage and a little salad. Oh my I was in heaven.
Overall it was a great day food wise, my small portions kept me full for ages and I had no trouble what so ever.
Why didn't I do this earlier???
